There are many opportunities to serve in Lifegroup capacities, children's ministry leadership, 24/7 prayer shifts, outreach opportunities, and much more. As we develop leadership in this volunteer area, we will be able to communicate more detailed opportunities on this page.

Every month, we offer a one-time Discovery Lunch for those that are interested in joining Antioch or just interested in finding out more about who we are and what we do! Check the event calendar to find out when the next Discovery Lunch is offered.Register Now

Below are a few of the many serving opportunities available:

If you have a desire to serve and haven't found the best way yet, please visit the Welcome Center on Sundays for more information, read below, or submit this volunteer form online.

PRESCHOOL (Babies-Kindergarten): We serve over 300 little people every Sunday with love, gospel stories and playtime! It takes 250 volunteers to run our Sundays during the school year. We still need people to jump on board in a variety of jobs, including weekly and every other week jobs.

JOURNEY/QUEST (Grades 1-6): We serve over 200 grade-schoolers with exciting large group worship and teaching and small group learning divided into grades. It’s fun, rewarding and convicting to watch these children grow in their relationship with God.

CHILDREN’S LIFEGROUPS: Friday afternoon groups that gather children from the ACC neighborhood together to learn about God, experience church life, and have fun together.

5th/6th GRADE URBAN LIFEGROUPS: Volunteers are needed to lead Lifegroups on Friday afternoons and to disciple kids for an additional two hours each week.

STARS: This after school tutoring and mentoring program for elementary, jr. high and high school students. It meets on Tuesday/Thursday from 3-5 or 4-6.  We need college age volunteers to tutor and mentor students. STARS has recently developed an in-school mentoring program. As an in-school mentor you will have the opportunity to invest in one child’s life for thirty minutes a week at their school by eating lunch with them in their school.

THE COMMUNITY FEAST: The Community Feast is a Friday night gathering that provides “food for the body and nourishment for the soul.” Assistant youth and children’s leaders are needed in order to minister to entire families.

USHER: Collecting the offering, keeping the auditorium clean between services, directing people to available seating.

GREETER: Greet attenders at the exterior doorways every other week before or after services.

PARKING HELP/PARKING LOT SECURITY
: Directing traffic or monitoring streets and parking lots during services.

DISCOVERY LUNCH SUPPORT STAFF: We hold Discovery Lunch one Sunday each month so that new people to Antioch can learn more about the leaders, vision, and opportunities at Antioch. We need consistent Greeters and other support staff for these gatherings.
