Four Step Process
As we have listened and learned from many in the body of Christ, we are convinced that we need a clear process to help everyone be able to live fruitful lives through the church. God has given us a simple four step process that will provide a pathway for spiritual growth for everyone coming to Antioch:
- to ENCOUNTER God and people in relationships,
- to grow as a DISCIPLE of Jesus,
- to find a place to SERVE,
- and ultimately to IMPACT the world for the glory of God.
In the coming days, this four step process will serve as our vision for life-on-life discipleship as well as a filter for all other ministries of our church. Our desire is to ensure that everything we do as a church has purpose and that everyone in our church has the opportunity to move forward towards fulfilling God’s call on their life.
