Equip every person to become a reproducing disciple of Jesus through life-on-life relationships and Acts 2 Lifegroup community.

 Lifegroup

• Protect and promote the core values of Lifegroup while introducing new creative structures and expressions.
• Saturate our region with the gospel through evangelistic, Lifegroup movements.
• Explore creative ideas to provide season of life equipping and support through discipleship relationships and Lifegroups.
• Establish a thriving and expanding Lifegroup leadership culture.

Lifegroups at ACC are the core of who we are. These small groups are the church. They are the place where genuine Acts 2 community takes place by passionately seeking Jesus, growing and reproducing as disciples, providing pastoral care for those in need, and reaching out to those around us with the love of Christ.

Discipleship

• Train every person in our Lifegroups to share the gospel in a simple reproducible way.
• Train disciple-makers in a simple process of discipleship.
• Provide training and tools to assist disciple-makers in modeling and imparting Kingdom values.

Additional Equipping

• Provide tools and training to help our people become grounded in the Bible and able to study it for themselves.
• Provide other periodic equipping forums that respect family and community life.
• Provide ongoing family equipping through family devotionals, integrated Sunday morning teaching series, and select training events.

Restoration Ministries

• Clarify our pathways of restoration for each of the most common counseling needs.
• Broaden our pool of pastoral counselors.
